Over a 100 high-school students representing Armenian Diasporas of Russian Federation, Georgia, Canada, Lebanon and Syria visited the AGBU Armenian Virtual College, on June 30, 2010.

The students were in Armenia within the framework of Armenian Diaspora Ministry’s project “Ari Tun”. In the crowded conference hall Dr. Yervant Zorian, Member of Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) Central Board of Directors and President of AGBU Virtual College greeted the students inviting them into a lively discussion about Armenian Studies worldwide and the issues concerning it. Following the introduction the students took their first virtual class of Armenian History, presented by AVC On-line Instructor Ovsana Tshorokhyan.

At the end of the presentation AVC Academic Director Dr. Hasmik Khalapyan gave detailed answers to questions and inquiries made by the students.
